My 2023 consulting

I had a few consulting engagements, mostly in Europe, Southeast Asia, and North America, where I helped clients manage the people side of their operations. This involved audits, workshops, and trainings.

I also had a few executive coaching clients, whom I helped become more effective managers-of-managers (including developing the managing skills of their subordinates).

Finally, I also ran a good quantity of workshops and private talks.
