Here is a short template that you can send to your boss to apply for reimbursement for one of my courses. This template is based upon my Antifragile Organizations Course, but feel free to adapt it to the specific course or workshop of mine you want to attend.

The course is called Antifragile Organizations. Antifragility – the ability to benefit from change and problems – is essential for any company, and this course will teach me know-how and best practices that I can apply in my day-to-day here. Here is a link to the course. The course costs $799 and it takes place online over Zoom, so there are no other costs attached.
Since this course would develop skills relevant to my job, I would like to know whether the company could reimburse its cost. I know that many companies have an employee development budget and policies encouraging continuous learning.
