In 2024, I published "Winning Long-Term Games," which is probably the book I'm the most proud of.

I also started writing a book titled "Poverty and Prosperity," which will likely see the light in 2025.

Work

You probably know me as an author, but my main source of income is my activity as a business consultant.

In 2024, I worked on mostly three types of activities:

**Individual Consulting: **I work with individual CEOs and business leaders to help them develop their teams, grow their companies, and overcome bottlenecks.
Workshops: Training leadership teams on topics such as cultural change and developing their subordinates.
**Managerial Capabilities Assessments: **A series of interviews with a company's employees to establish problems and opportunities with how people are managed.

I plan to do more of the same in 2025.

Pandemic Preparedness

In 2024, Vitalik Buterin's Kanro Foundation supported me in producing some educational material regarding pandemic preparedness.

I have created a YouTube playlist with the videos I produced and an educational website.

My revamped website

I updated my website with a few new functionalities, including a better overview of my books (faster, prettier, and displaying the reviews), all my courses in a single place, and easier to browse and filter posts and podcasts.
