In 2024, I published ​“Winning Long-Term Games,”​ which is probably the book I’m the most proud of.

Work

You probably know me as an author, but my main source of income is my activity as a business consultant.

In 2024, I worked on mostly three types of activities:

• **Individual Consulting: **I work with individual CEOs and business leaders to help them develop their teams, grow their companies, and overcome bottlenecks.
• Workshops: Training leadership teams on topics such as cultural change and developing their subordinates.
• **Managerial Capabilities Assessments: **A series of interviews with a company’s employees to establish problems and opportunities with how people are managed.
