Curriculum
Some of what Luca will cover:
Pre-reading materials covering the basics of antifragility are provided before the course, ensuring everyone starts on the same page.
- Antifragility, in practice: What does it mean for a business to be antifragile? For a team? For a product? For a career? For an individual?
- More than just optionality and survival: While these two are important for antifragility, they are not the full story. I introduce a focus on antifragility as the ability to proactively surface problems and being able to learn from them before it's too late.
- The factors that cause antifragility: How to develop them in yourself, your team, and your organization.
- Metrics for growth: Well-intentioned metrics may produce fragility when they can be "gamed." How to prevent that and how to set metrics that foster antifragility instead.
- Effective feedback channels: A critical part of antifragility is better feedback loops. How to establish them, and how to ensure they result in action (as opposed to remaining a theoretical exercise)
- Managing the survival-efficiency trade-off: It is a common belief that there is a necessary trade-off between seeking performance and ensuring survival. Not really; to a large extent, it can be managed as a win-win.
- Green and red flags: How to spot signs of (anti)fragility before it's too late.
- Team interactions: How to develop skills, engagement, and proactiveness within your team, and in general, foster habits that ensure that problems make your team stronger.
Once registrations closes, Luca tailors the curriculum to the participants of each edition of the course.
Course Structure
- The core of the course consists of several group sessions, as per the schedule below. Luca will conduct each session as a workshop where, together with a small curated group of participants, you will learn, practice, ask questions, and receive feedback. Sessions are held as Zoom videocalls, and recordings will be available.
- Included in the course are also one-on-one sessions with Luca, to receive tailored advice or ask any questions you might not feel like asking in a group setting.
- Once you conclude the course, you will get access to Luca's Alumni Network, which convenes in group sessions 4-6 times a year – an excellent opportunity to network, ask questions, and receive peer advice.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who is this course for?
It's designed for business leaders, managers, and entrepreneurs. Any industry is welcome.
What if I cannot make it on the scheduled dates?
After each group session, I send the recording to all participants. That said, I can also organize private workshops or intensive one-on-one sessions on the same topics as the courses above at a time of our mutual convenience. If you are interested in this, do not purchase the course using the links above; instead, let me know your needs.
Do you teach everything yourself, or do you use assistants?
I teach everything myself, live, and am widely available for questions afterward.
When do registrations close?
I have very limited slots, 10-15 per course, to ensure that every participant has ample space to ask questions and receive tailored advice. I close registrations when these slots are filled.
